Yes — we include salads among our meals. But we don’t rely solely on them. We believe in creating full, satisfying meals that you’ll enjoy while still staying on track.
Meals are delivered evening before your plan day (Sunday to Thursday evenings between 5 PM – 10 PM) so you have fresh meals ready for the next day.
